Many of the people involved in David Reid Homes are or were competitive sports people, and this background creates its own culture and ethos. Through these sporting associations David Reid Homes gets involved in various charities, such as the Christina Noble Charity. Last year founder David Reid attended his first Dubai 7's tournament and was so impressed by the charity and the event he volunteered to become a major sponsor in 2007.

James Fox from PRD was on the CNCF Rugby Tour in 2006 and was so influenced that not only is he supporting the Charity again this year but he is also travelling to Vietnam with representatives from CNCF to see for himself the magnificent work made possible by the generosity of sponsors and supporters.

There are several thousand CNCF supporters who give their heart felt thanks to African + Eastern for the generous provision of refreshing beverages at the CNCF Rugby Gala Dinner.
